CONNECT DISTRIBUTION is pleased to announce about signing of a new distribution agreement with Infinidat, a producer of a solution for data storage, protection, business continuity and cloud integration. CONNECT DISTRIBUTION has the status of an Infinidat distributor for Poland and Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and the Balkans.

The team of Infinidat, spanning generations of storage industry experience and previous product successes, determined that there is a better, faster way to store and protect multiple petabytes of data, with the highest possible availability, at the lowest possible cost. All of this work was done with a single goal in mind – enable customers to spend less on their infrastructure and focus more on innovation and growth.

"Infinidat arrays are for customers who are looking for an economical alternative to AFA - a solution that can meet the highest capacity requirements without compromising performance and a unified storage platform with very high availability to meet various critical loads.” - said Józef Dusza, Board Member of CONNECT DISTRIBUTION "The two competitive poles of the current storage market are fast, with high bandwidth and low latency, but expensive AFA (All-Flash-Arrays) arrays on the one hand and very capacious and cheap, but slow traditional disk storage. The Hybrid InfiniBox arrays combining these two things using machine

learning algorithms, predictive data analysis for very high performance and combining it with the reliability of cheap traditional drives."

Starting in 2013, Infinidat brought to market the first InfiniBox, a software-centric, cache-optimized storage platform that outperforms all-flash arrays in real-world workloads, is extremely simple to use, and provides seven nines (99.99999%) data availability. Today, InfiniBox is installed in Global 500 companies around the world. One of the most important features of InfiniBox is scalability. Simple and economical consolidation of various InfiniBox F6000, F4000 or F2000 series systems is possible depending on the required capacity and expected performance. Systems mounted in a single 42U rack cabinet can be scaled from 230TB to more than 8PB data. You can not fail to mention the lowest TCO for mass storage. Infinidat has the technology to build the largest mass storage at the lowest possible TCO (total cost of ownership), without any compromise between availability, performance or scalability.

Infinidat also offers InfiniGuard solutions (disk backup), InfiniSync (replication and disaster recovery) and Neutrix Cloude (private cloud).

Infinidat was named Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant for General-Purpose Disk Arrays - more information about this, you will find here.
